Terms of sale
These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) set out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Product” or “Products”) listed on our website www.SurdicoDesign.com (“our site”) to you.
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any Products from our site. These Terms of Sale tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale you must not order any Product through our site.

When you sign up to receive the Surdico Design Newsletter, you will be provided a voucher code which you can use to redeem £10 off your FIRST order. The offer is only valid on first orders. Surdico Design reserves the right to make any changes or withdraw the offer at any time.
General Terms of Sale
1. Information about us and how to contact us
1.1 www.Surdicodesign.com is a website operated by Surdico UK Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are registered in the U.K. under company number 10895817. Our registered office is at 265-269 Kingston Road Wimbledon London SW19 3NW. Please do not send any post to this address, however.
1.2 You can contact us by telephoning our customer service number on 0203 239 1332 or by writing to us to email@example.com
1.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
1.4 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
2. Our contract with you
2.1 You can place orders for Products with us by following the process outlined on our site.
You acknowledge that by placing an order with us you will be under an obligation to pay for the Products in that order if we accept your order.
2.2 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your order and this will constitute acceptance by us. The contract between you and us will only be made when we send you this email. We will charge your chosen payment method after we accept your order. We will send a further email indicated when you can expect your order to be delivered.
2.4 If we are unable to proceed with your order, we will inform you of this and will offer you a full refund for the product or a similar replacement. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because (if applicable) a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
2.5 You are responsible for ensuring the items you purchase are able to fit in to the space you intend them for, or if we make a custom-built item to measurements you are providing, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. If you are unsure, we recommend you contact us for guidance before you order.
3. Our Products
3.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
3.2 Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because some of our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website are approximate only.
3.3 For all products made from natural materials, such as leather or wood, it is not possible to guarantee the Goods supplied will have the same colour, shade and pattern or finish as shown on the website, due to the inherent nature of such materials. Also, we cannot guarantee to match products exactly which have been ordered at different times.
4. Prices of Products
4.1 The price of any Product will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
4.2 The price of any Product may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order we have accepted.
4.3 The price of a Product excludes any delivery costs, which where applicable will be added to the price of the Products and set out as part of the total amount due during the order process.
5.How to pay
5.1 We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our site. You must pay for the Products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the Products.
5.2 By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
6.1 After you complete the checkout process and pay for your order, we will endeavor to let you know an estimate of when we are likely to provide the products to you.
6.2 Please note that we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
6.3 Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the estimated timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the manufacturer of the Product or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.
6.4 We will contact you to arrange delivery. However, if no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
6.5 If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
6.6 You can contact us with regards to the status of your order at any time using the information provided on 1.2
6.7 Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
6.8 The Products will be your responsibility from the time that you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the Products.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds policy
7.1 Most of our Products are made to order and once we accept your order we will have commissioned our producers to make the item for you. In these circumstances we will do our absolute best to cancel the order with our producers but if we are unable to do so – because the item has already gone into production etc.-, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the value of the order. We will also, at our discretion, charge a reasonable collection fee.
